These terms cover Artleaf's website (artleaf.app) and our iOS app. By using either, you agree to what's below.
1. The service
Artleaf is a curated discovery platform for art opportunities — competitions, grants, residencies and fellowships — personalized to your profile and vetted for legitimacy and fairness before publishing.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use Artleaf. Keep the email/phone you sign in with accurate, and don't share your account with anyone else. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Listings aren't ours
Every listing on Artleaf is hosted by a third party — a gallery, foundation, institution, or similar. We vet listings for legitimacy and fairness before publishing, but we don't control the host organization and can't guarantee the outcome of any application, prize, or deadline. Do your own due diligence before entering personal information or paying any fee on a third-party site.
4. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, bulk-export, or try to reconstruct our underlying listing data; don't impersonate someone else; don't abuse or attempt to disrupt the service. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
5. Intellectual property
Artleaf's branding, design, and curation are ours. Each listing's own content (descriptions, images, prize details) belongs to its respective host.
6. If Artleaf introduces paid features
Artleaf is free today. If we introduce paid plans in the future, pricing and billing terms will be presented clearly before you're ever charged — nothing here authorizes a future charge without your explicit consent at the time.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. No warranty
Artleaf is provided "as is." We work to keep listing information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it, and we're not liable for outcomes of any application made through a listing you found on Artleaf.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
